ReGroup are currently seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor to join our team on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off OR 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO roster based in Mt Isa, Queensland.

About The Role
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will play a key role in supporting site operations by promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and driving best‐practice health, safety, and environmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‐to‐day HSE support and guidance to site personnel
* Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
* Assist in incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and corrective actions
* Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions
* Maintain and improve HSE management systems and documentation
* Monitor compliance with relevant WHS legislation and company policies
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety and environmental performance
About You
* Proven experience in a similar HSE Advisor role, ideally within mining, construction, or heavy industry
* Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and standards
* Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team
* Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving capability
