About the Role
As Project Lead ICT Infrastructure, you will:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring outcomes that align with Council's strategic vision.
* Inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and resilience in our digital infrastructure.
* Build and maintain influential partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external agencies.
* Champion best practice in project governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
* Support collaborative arrangements with East Gippsland Shire Council and other partner organisations.
* Provide critical support to programs and projects when required, contributing to the Council's capability and resilience.

Your expertise spans programs, change management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate how they meet the criteria below:
* Program and Project Coordination Capabilities - Demonstrated experience coordinating complex programs or multiple projects
