Responsibilities
* Personal and business succession planning.
* Wills and estate administration (including probate and letters of administration).
* Trusts, entity establishment, and restructuring of assets and complex structures.
* International succession planning.
* Estate litigation.
* Advising on superannuation and taxation.
* Participating in business development activities.
* Providing advice to a broad range of clients, including high and ultra‐high net‐worth clients and families, business owners, and people moving toward retirement.
Qualifications
* Between 3–6 years of post‐admission experience, specifically in wills, estates and succession planning or a related area of law.
* Excellent client service and communication skills.
* Clear and concise legal drafting skills.
* A genuine interest in the private clients sector.
* Desire to deepen expertise and learn more.
* Ability to work autonomously under the supervision of senior team members.
* Experience in estate litigation is an advantage.
* Outstanding attention to detail.
