A well-established insurance building and repair contractor is expanding its team and is seeking a licensed Site Supervisor to manage a strong pipeline of residential insurance works across the Ipswich to Toowoomba corridor. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of residential insurance repair projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality and compliance. Projects range from minor patch-and-paint repairs through to full roof replacements, structural reinstatements, and internal refit works. Key Responsibilities Manage residential insurance repair and reinstatement projects from start to finish Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple sites Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and progress Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget Maintain strong WHS compliance across all worksites Liaise with clients, insurers, stakeholders, and internal teams Requirements Essential Current QLD Driver’s Licence QBCC Low Rise Site Supervisor Licence (minimum) 2 years’ experience in residential construction supervision Highly Regarded Previous insurance building / repair experience Experience using job management systems (e.g. Prime ecosystem) What’s On Offer Base salary super company vehicle and fuel card Phone, iPad, and laptop provided Strong and consistent pipeline of regional work Supportive, down-to-earth team environment Immediate start available (notice periods considered) Apply now or contact Gabi Staniute on 0401 905 585 or gabi@introrecruitment.com.au for a confidential discussion
