About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will work alongside experienced industry professionals while building your own client base and developing strong market knowledge. You will be involved in all aspects of residential sales and client service.
* Conducting property inspections and home opens
* Prospecting for new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Assisting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
* Coordinating appointments and open homes
* Database management and client follow-ups
* Assisting with market appraisals and sales preparation
* Negotiating offers and supporting sales campaigns
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Current Real Estate Registration (essential)
* Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional presentation and positive attitude
* Motivation, ambition and a strong work ethic
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
