We are looking for a results-driven, motivated Sales Representative to join our team at our South Guildford depot.
About the role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all stages of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to client enquiries and coordinating transport services to meet their requirements
* Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction
* Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to all customers
* Assessing transport requirements, including freight mass, height, and measurements to ensure compliance with state regulations
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive communication and follow-up
* Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Managing and resolving customer issues quickly and effectively to maximise satisfaction
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in the transport or logistics industry
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
* Ability to work as a team member with other departments of the organisation
* A good geographic knowledge of Western Australia and the Northern Territory
* Be able to provide creative solutions that address customer needs
* Ability to make presentations to prospective clients
* A positive and determined attitude
* Strong industry knowledge and logistics requirements
* Good computer proficiency in MS Office
