Yougawalla Pastoral Company, a collection of cattle stations across the Kimberley region in Western Australia, are looking for a friendly, organised and experienced Payroll Officer to manage our payroll operations.
Responsibilities
* Managing the fortnightly payroll operations across the Kimberley
* Ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time
* Managing employee records and respond to payroll queries
* Ensure everything is compliant with relevant awards and legislation
Skills Required
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Detail focussed, reliable and easy to work with
* Proactive, friendly, approachable and a "can do" attitude
* Able to handle sensitive information with care
Qualifications and Experience
* Solid payroll experience in a similar role would be desirable
* Comprehensive understanding of Fair Work, payroll legislation and interpreting Modern Awards
* Familiarity using Employment Hero would be advantageous
* Confident with processing end-to-end payroll is a must

This role has the potential to expand into broader HR responsibilities down the track and we are willing to offer flexible hours for the right candidate. Part time or full time hours will be considered.
