This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building meaningful partnerships and is passionate about helping people find roles where they can truly thrive.About the RoleWorking closely with the Director and wider team, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across the education sector while driving new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutionsProactively identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow our client base nationallyWrite compelling job advertisements to attract top-tier talentConduct phone screenings and lead engaging interviews (both virtual and face-to-face)Deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients, creating long-term, trusted relationshipsManage compliance processes, including thorough reference checksEnsure candidates and clients are kept well-informed at every stage of the recruitment processBuild and maintain high-quality talent pools using a range of sourcing strategiesAccurately maintain recruitment databases and documentationAbout YouYou’re a confident and energetic recruiter who is motivated by results and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
