Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support project delivery by coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with project policies. You'll assist with planning and execution activities while helping to uphold strong team culture, development, and safety standards.

Your focus in this role:
* Prepare job packs and onboarding documentation for new employees
* Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintain reports
* Manage timesheets and update roster information
* Raise and receipt purchase orders
* Handle general administrative duties
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience in site administration within civil or mining projects
* Experience working on contractor side
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in MS Office and data entry systems
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Valid C Class Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug screen
