About the Role

This is a hands‐on client‐facing coordination role at the centre of our operations. Based at our Karratha office, you'll be the main point of contact for clients on vehicle hire and sales enquiries, as well as scheduling. This is a crucial stage where trust, communication, and organisation matter.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing client enquiries, whilst maintaining accurate records
* Scheduling and coordinating hire agreements, supporting fleet logistics and planning
* Managing workflow tasks
* Delivering clear, confident communication via phone and email
Who We're Looking For

We are looking for the right person to join our team in this new position. For the right person, we can look at part‐time or full‐time.

You don't need to come from fleet hire, but you do need to bring:

* Strong customer service experience (logistics/scheduling/planning highly regarded)
* A positive, professional attitude whilst being able to work to timelines
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, whilst being confident on the phone
* Current Manual C Class driver's licence (HR an advantage).
