At PlayCo, we create places where people come together to play, connect and be active.
We are Australia's leading integrated playground company, designing, manufacturing and installing playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment and recreation spaces for communities across the country.
As a growing national business that's changing the industry, we offer the opportunity to develop your career and be part of a supportive team.
The Role
We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our spare parts and wholesale customer portfolio.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, relationship management and sales support. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them navigate enquiries, identify solutions and access the right products for their needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records and supporting sales opportunities from initial contact through to completion. You'll also work closely with architects, builders, franchises and other industry stakeholders, building strong relationships and helping identify opportunities across the broader PlayCo group.
Working alongside our sales and support teams, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
About You
You may have experience in customer service, retail sales, internal sales, sales support or another customer‐facing role. More importantly, you're someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people and finding practical solutions.
You'll be confident speaking with customers, highly organised, have excellent phone etiquette and be comfortable managing multiple priorities. You take pride in delivering great service, have strong attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team.
You'll also bring strong written and verbal communication skills, sound computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
Bonus skills and experience (not essential)
* Knowledge of landscape design and/or construction.
* Experience selling or specifying fitness equipment, commercial playgrounds, or similar products.
* Experience using CRM systems will be highly regarded.
