About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail — reviewing drawings, challenging assumptions, and spotting issues before they hit site.
This isn't a pure design role.
It's about making sure complex projects are coordinated, compliant, and buildable.
You might come from architecture, engineering, or a technical design background. What matters is your ability to read complex documentation and connect the dots across disciplines.
What you'll do
* Review drawings and Revit models for accuracy, coordination and compliance
* Identify risks, clashes and gaps early
* Work across architecture, structure and services to align design
* Guide teams through design changes and technical decisions
* Turn complex issues into clear, practical advice
What you bring
* Strong experience reading and interrogating detailed drawing packages
* Background in architecture, structural or building services engineering, or technical BIM/Revit coordination
* Experience on complex projects (transport, infrastructure, health or similar)
* Understanding of codes and standards (BCA, Australian Standards, accessibility)
* Confidence to ask: "Will this actually work?"
