What you’ll do
* Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery.
* Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
* Deliver high‑quality advice that informs decisions.
* Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions.
* Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance.
What you’ll bring
* Technical Leader: BE and RPEQ qualifications and experience in leading civil engineering design, with land development experience an advantage.
* Client facing: be supported into a client leader role where you will be encouraged to grow your network and deliver innovative solutions that best fit a client’s needs.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Project management skills would be an advantage.
