Operations Manager
We are looking for an electrical leader from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment who has navigated complex projects across the commercial, defense, education, health, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. Candidates should have a demonstrated history of successfully managing projects from the pre‐tender stage through to final handover, with a strong background in electrical trades or engineering. High‐level proficiency in project controls, WIP, forecasting and commercial results is a must, as is the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and spot new opportunities for business growth.
Electrical Supervisor
In this role you will head up electrical teams on major commercial projects, taking full responsibility for safe, efficient and high‐standard delivery. You will coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage day‐to‐day site activity, maintain programme and budget alignment, and work closely with project management and engineering teams. As a hands‐on leader you will set clear standards, mentor your team, and keep delivery on track.
Communications Technician
You will deliver installation, testing and commissioning of copper and fibre communication systems across commercial and infrastructure projects. You'll be confident with structured cabling, fault finding, system testing and commissioning, and capable of leading small teams while supporting junior technicians. Strong attention to detail, ability to read drawings and a practical approach to delivering quality outcomes are essential.
