About the role
As part of Marmon Holdings, a global industrial organization backed by Berkshire Hathaway, you will play a key role in supporting Tier 1 customers across the Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Renewables sectors. What we're looking for
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
* CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in corporate accounting, management accounting, financial reporting or audit.
* Strong capability in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP or reporting systems.
* The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‐finance stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail, accountability and the ability to deliver within deadlines.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach with sound commercial judgement.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
* Providing meaningful analysis on financial results, trends and variances.
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
* Partnering with branch and operational leaders to understand performance drivers.
* Supporting month‐end and year‐end close activities.
* Assisting with statutory, regulatory, audit and group reporting requirements.
* Maintaining balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and review.
* Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting and business partnering outcomes.
