Responsibilities
* Provide excellent phone-based customer service and represent the Hy‐Tec brand
* Take orders, finalise sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs
* Schedule rostering and truck movements using software
* Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
* Order raw materials as needed
What you will need to succeed
* Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems) would be highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
* Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
* Proven ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
