You are a force multiplier. You turn intent into outcomes by driving enterprise priorities, standing up operating rhythms (forums, action registers, closure discipline), and building performance reporting that leaders trust. You will produce crisp decision briefs that outline problems, options, and trade-offs to facilitate executive decision-making.
Requirements
* Experience: 2–3 years PQE (Law, Consulting, Accounting) OR 4–8 years professional or military experience in operations, transformation, or high-performing internal teams.
* Proven Delivery: Evidence of cross-functional delivery and influencing without formal authority.
* Structure Building: Demonstrated experience building cadence, reporting, or governance frameworks.
* Communication: Exceptional executive writing skills—briefs and packs that stand up in a boardroom.
* Behaviour: High standards, low threat. Calm under pressure and direct without being sharp.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or Engineering.
* Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain an NV1 security clearance.
