Position Summary
The Proposals & Marketing Coordinator (Contract) will support the Proposals & Business Development Manager and the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications with the preparation and coordination of proposal submissions for projects pursued by Multiplex across the GTHA. This role is best suited to a highly organized, detail‐oriented individual with strong written communication skills and an interest in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate development sectors. The role operates in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment and requires flexibility, initiative, and strong attention to detail. This is a 4‐month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development
* Develop and update CVs for key personnel using approved templates.
* Create project profiles for active and completed Multiplex projects.
* Organize and manage the team's proposal content library and visual asset library.
* Coordinate and compile project information, imagery, and supporting materials for proposal use.
Proposal Production & Design Support
* Use Adobe InDesign to assist with proposal layout, formatting, and graphic development.
* Support integration of text, images, tables, and graphics into proposal documents in accordance with brand and submission requirements.
* Assist with quality control reviews prior to submission (formatting, pagination, consistency, completeness).
Marketing & General Support
* Assist with the preparation of presentations and materials for business development meetings.
* Support marketing initiatives and events (site events, photography coordination, presentations).
* Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, and ad‐hoc documentation or reports.
* Coordinate photography and videography activities with suppliers, staff, or site teams as applicable.
* Perform other related duties as required.
Education & Experience
* Currently enrolled in, or working towards, a bachelor's degree or diploma in: Business Administration, Marketing / Communications, Construction Management, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
Required Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign in particular) is a strong asset.
* Self‐motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work collaboratively within cross‐functional teams.

Compensation
