Leadership Role in Early Learning Centre
We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our purpose-built 127-place centre as an Assistant Director. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Centre Director to lead daily operations, mentor educators, and uphold high-quality educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational and leadership support to the Centre Director and team.
* Oversee compliance, audits, and daily checklists to maintain safety and quality.
* Mentor and coach educators through supervision, feedback, and professional development.
* Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
* Monitor learning environments, displays, and resources to ensure high standards.
* Assist with budgets, occupancy, rostering, and administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate records and evaluate programs with attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Previous experience leading an Early Learning Centre.
* Bachelor's or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Warm, collaborative leadership style.
* Commitment to child safety and ethical practice.
* Confidence with digital tools (experience with OWNA is a bonus).
