About the Role

Contract Resources is stepping into another massive year, with multiple major projects and shutdowns scheduled across Australia in 2026. Due to ongoing project demand and growth, we are currently seeking experienced and motivated Boiler Operators (also known as Boiler Technicians) to join our team for upcoming projects across a range of sites in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Heavy Industry, and Energy sectors.

These roles are ideal for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work as part of a skilled team on major projects throughout the year.

Point of Hire is open to all Australian capital cities, including Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Darwin.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Operate a range of boiler types and sizes safely and efficiently.
* Perform routine maintenance and promptly attend to boiler breakdowns to minimize downtime.
* Manage and monitor boiler feedlines to ensure consistent and reliable operation.
* Set up boilers in accordance with operational requirements and safety standards.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to connect boilers to process pipework, ensuring seamless integration.
* Provide support to other work crews as needed to assist with various tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements & Experience Needed
* 1-2 years experience operating Boilers within the Oil & Gas industry.
* HRWL with BI or BA (essential).
* Construction Induction (White Card).
* Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential).
* Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential).
* Gas Test Atmosphere certificate (within 2 years – essential).
* Current Drivers Licence (essential).
* High Risk Work License – LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous).
* Full Australian work rights.
