About This Role
A highly respected national builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a significant hospital development involving both new build construction and vertical expansion works. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high‐profile project and work alongside one of the strongest project delivery teams in the industry.
* Manage all day‐to‐day site operations from construction through to completion.
* Lead site teams, foremen, subcontractors, and consultants.
* Drive programme outcomes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Coordinate complex construction activities within an operational healthcare environment.
* Manage site logistics, sequencing, and stakeholder interfaces.
* Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and compliance requirements.
* Foster a positive and high‐performing site culture.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large‐scale commercial construction projects.
* Health, education, or complex institutional project experience highly regarded.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Excellent understanding of safety, programme management, and quality systems.
* Ability to manage large site teams and multiple work fronts simultaneously.
