Care Services Manager Role
We seek an experienced Care Services Manager to lead tailored care services across multiple locations. The manager will oversee the development, implementation and ongoing management of these services.
* Establish a multidisciplinary care team (Case Managers, Registered Nurses/Enrolled Nurses, Carers)
* Ensure safe and person-centred delivery of home care services
* Manage resourcing and service quality across multiple sites
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and manage tailored care services for clients
* Lead a multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective delivery of services
* Manage budgets, resources and service quality to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
* Experience in case management or a related field
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective care plans
