Role Description
As Account Manager at Chello, you're the bridge between our clients and our creative teams. You'll own the day-to-day management of client projects from scoping and quoting through to delivery and invoicing — keeping everything on time, on budget and true to the brief.
You'll work closely with our Account Directors, Producers, Strategy and Creative teams to deliver strategy, brand expression projects, video/motion, and integrated campaigns. You'll hit the ground running on some of our most exciting client relationships, so being organised, responsive and a natural communicator isn't optional — it's everything.
You'll spot opportunities to grow existing accounts and will contribute to new business, bringing professionalism and curiosity to every conversation.
This is a full time hybrid role based in Redfern, NSW, with a mix of in-studio collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager role, within a creative agency
* A track record of end-to-end project management — from brief to delivery
* Sharp scoping and quoting skills, with a close eye on budget
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication
* A proactive, solutions-first mindset — you don't wait to be asked
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
