About the job
We're looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing & Content Writer to help grow our brand presence and build meaningful relationships with our audience.
This role combines influencer partnerships, content creation, and community engagement to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and foster a loyal community around our business.
You'll work across social media, partnerships, and digital channels to create compelling content, manage influencer campaigns, and engage directly with our audience.
Influencer Marketing
* Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers, creators, industry experts, and brand advocates.
* Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.
* Negotiate partnerships, deliverables, and timelines.
* Manage influencer briefs, contracts, and approvals.
* Track campaign performance and report on reach, engagement, leads, and ROI.
* Maintain a database of influencers and partnership opportunities.
Content Writing & Creation
* Write high-quality content including blog articles, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
* Create content that educates, engages, and converts target audiences.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop content aligned with marketing campaigns.
* Ensure all content reflects brand voice, tone, and messaging.
* Optimise content for SEO and digital performance.
Community Marketing
* Develop strategies to build and nurture an engaged online and offline community.
* Manage interactions across social media, forums, and community groups.
* Respond to comments, messages, and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
* Create initiatives that encourage user-generated content and advocacy.
* Gather community insights to inform marketing and product decisions.
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor and analyse influencer, content, and community metrics.
* Use insights to improve campaign performance and engagement.
* Prepare regular reports with recommendations for optimisation.
About you

Must have
* 1 + years of experience in influencer marketing, content marketing, social media, or community management.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills.
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices.
* Experience managing online communities and social media platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
* Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, HubSpot, or similar.
Nice to have
* Experience working with B2B or SaaS brands.
* Existing relationships with influencers and content creators.
* Familiarity with paid social amplification.
* Experience coordinating events or ambassador programs.
