Job Title: NSW State Sales Manager

Job Overview: We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven State Sales Manager to join our team, reporting to the National Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, directing, promoting and selling Allograft products across multiple surgical specialties. As such, this position demands a comprehensive understanding across multiple specialties, collaboration with surgeons, and a dedication to fostering robust relationships within the medical community.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic plans to enter the Urology, Gynaecology, ENT, Oral Maxillofacial, and Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon markets.
-Identify and engage key accounts, with a focus on establishing a prominent presence in hospitals and facilities across NSW.
2. Product Knowledge:
-Possess deep knowledge and understanding of bone and soft tissue grafting materials and associated procedures used in Urology, Gynaecology, ENT, Oral Maxillofacial, and Plastic & Reconstructive specialties.
-Stay current with industry trends and competitor product offerings.
3. Surgeon Relationship Building:
-Establish and nurture relationships with surgeons, as well as other pertinent healthcare professionals.
-Collaborate with surgeons during procedures, providing technical support to ensure optimal utilization of our products.
4. Training and Education:
-Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the correct usage of our products.
-Keep abreast of the latest clinical studies and industry research.
5. Customer Support:
-Provide continuous support to healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product efficacy.
6. Travel:
-Extensive travel within the territory is required to cover all hospitals in the area.
-Availability to work weekends as required.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
-Experience working with Allograft graft products, Women's health, and Urology products.
-5+ years of experience in medical sales, specializing in urology, gynaecology, ENT, Oral Maxillofacial, and Plastic surgery.
-Familiarity with surgical procedures and operating theatre protocols.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals.
-Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory effectively.
-Willingness to travel extensively and work weekends.
-Preferred location: Sydney.
-Competitive salary and commission structure with OTE potential of between $150,000 and $180,000
