Reporting to a highly supportive and experienced Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the business.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collectionsReconcile company bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statementsAssist with monthly reporting packs, including journal entries, accruals, and prepaymentsPartner with project managers and site teams to track budgets, review variances, and ensure financial accuracyIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in financial systems and workflowsAssist with audit preparation, BAS lodgement, and compliance requirementsTake on ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as directed by the Finance ManagerThe Successful ApplicantYou're more than just a number cruncher - you're someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your contributions are visible and valued. You take pride in your attention to detail and enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
