What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns aligned to commercial objectives
* Deliver a quarterly program of activation activity across ecommerce, branches and customer channels
* Partner with Sales, Category and Supply Chain to ensure campaigns are commercially sound and executable
* Develop segmented trade programs tailored to customer groups and buying cycles
* Analyse performance and deliver post-campaign insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with suppliers to execute co-op and joint marketing initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement through data, insights and learning loops

What We're Looking for
* Experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing or Sales Activation (B2B environment)
* High drive and accountability for delivering sales results
* Proven experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix environment
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
