We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Digital Commerce to lead and accelerate the performance of our direct-to-consumer business across a growing portfolio of brands, including Wheel&Barrow, Karma Living, Sippify and more.

This is a senior role with end-to-end accountability for digital revenue, customer growth, and the overall eCommerce ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping the future of how we connect with customers and drive profitable growth via eCommerce channels.


WHATS INVOLVED

* Own and deliver the Group’s digital commerce strategy across all brands and channels
* Drive revenue, profitability, and performance across eCommerce (conversion, AOV, ROAS)
* Lead an integrated Marketing and eCommerce operating model, aligning teams around shared outcomes
* Manage agency partners across paid media, SEO, and creative to deliver strong commercial results
* Establish best-in‑class reporting, data governance, and performance insights
* Define and optimise the customer journey, website experience, and marketing automation strategy
* Own the digital technology roadmap (Shopify, Klaviyo and broader ecosystem)
* Lead, coach, and develop a small in‑house team, while influencing cross‑functional stakeholders


ABOUT YOU

* Proven leadership experience in eCommerce, digital, or omnichannel retail
* Track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability in DTC environments
* Strong commercial acumen with a clear P&L ownership mindset
* Deep understanding of digital channels, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle strategies
* Data‑led, with the ability to translate insights into action and results
* Comfortable balancing strategy with execution and being hands on when and where required
* A collaborative leader who can align teams and influence across the business
