Role
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Site Manager to lead operations at our EO Depot Myambat facility. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient depot operations while fostering a strong safety culture, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining trusted customer relationships. Working closely with Defence stakeholders and internal operational teams, you will oversee all aspects of site performance including logistics operations, compliance, safety, people leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead depot operations including storage, inventory, maintenance, and distribution activities.
* Promote a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Lead, develop, and support a high-performing operational team.
* Manage risk, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with Defence customers and key internal stakeholders.
* Drive operational efficiency and service delivery performance.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven leadership in logistics, warehousing, or defence operations.
* Diploma qualification (or higher) in Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
* Experience leading teams within logistics, warehousing, or operational environments.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Experience within Defence, dangerous goods, or highly regulated industries highly regarded.
