As a rapidly growing organization, and newly appointed Mercury Marine dealer in Port Hedland through our sister company Terrasea Pty Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Marine Technician / Mechanic to join our maintenance team.
With a recent move to larger facility a strong pipeline of new vessel builds extending well into 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business operating from both Port Hedland and Forrestdale.

FIFO Marine Technician (Mechanical)
Roster
Hybrid FIFO model operating between our depots in Port Hedland and Forrestdale.
About the Role
This role involves a combination of mobile and in-house servicing, fit-ups, diagnostics, refits, and new vessel work across Port Hedland and Perth. We are looking for someone with strong technical aptitude, a high attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant will receive a competitive remuneration package aligned with mining industry wages.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
* Trade Certificate as a Marine Technician - Mechanical.
* Experience with servicing and maintenance, fit-ups and refits, new outboard installations, diagnostics and fault finding and marine electrical systems.
* Marine dealership experience.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.
* Commitment to safe work practices.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination i.e., drug and alcohol free and fit for work in all ways.
