Our Spa – Rundle Mall
Conveniently located in the heart of Rundle Mall, Adelaide’s premier shopping precinct. endota spa Rundle Mall is a haven in the middle of the mall, surrounded by a vibrant mix of shops, cafes and restaurants in a destination that has it all. Our spa is very easily accessed by all forms of public transport.
Boasting 5 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced facials, hydro-microdermabrasion, light (LED) therapy, electro-mesotherapy (EMT) and clinical peels.
Your Role
endota spa training managers are passionate about leading and developing their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.
As the Spa Training Manager at endota, you are responsible for:
- Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments and other beauty services on clients.
- Advising clients on products that meet their skincare needs.
- Delivering training on the endota spa service sequences, methods and product knowledge to the broader spa team.
- Ensuring endota therapists are competent and engaged to deliver service excellence and meet retail requirements.
Your Skills & Experience
- You must hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience (Cert IV in Training and Assessment advantageous).
- You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
- You are a confident trainer with previous training experience advantageous.
- You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with your high level of customer service.
- You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
- You are highly organised and exhibit excellent time management skills.
Whilst it is our preference to recruit and employ from the local labour market, we will consider applicants who are already in Australia and hold a visa with work rights.
