* Lead consultations with major builder clients, supporting residential builders and their clients in tile, bathroomware and hard flooring selections.
* Maintain relationships between clients and customers, contributing to overall sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through one-on-one design and colour guidance during Selections appointments.
* Manage administrative tasks, including record keeping and completion of selections documentation.
* Upsell targeted products at optimal margins, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
* Colour Consultant or Interior Designer experience, with a passion for customer relationship management and consultation.
* Previous experience dealing with Builders is highly regarded.
* Solid success in building rapport and trust with clients, as well as proven sales and target achievement.
