We are currently seeking a cook to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6am till 2pm, with the possibility of more hours.
What you'll do
* Cook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short-order timing
* Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on-time service during busy periods
* Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service
* Restock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checks
About you
* Experience in canteens, food trucks, fast food chains or similar fast-paced environments
* Skilled grill cook with solid knowledge of cooking temperatures, food safety standards, and kitchen efficiency.
* Strong multitasking and clear communication within the kitchen and the FOH team
* Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
