ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This cadetship is a structured program that will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to become an expert in domestic freight and selling it.
The successful applicant does not require any prior experience in sales. However, we are looking for inquisitive, confident, energetic people with a desire to transition into a full-time Business Development Executive.
* Hands-on, structured and supported training in a live environment.
* Learning the product, including domestic freight functions, systems, methods.
* Learning to sell, including the 101's and developing confidence to deal with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must possess:
* A desire & aspiration to get into Sales.
* A love for asking questions and learning.
* Be highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
* Confidence with meeting new people and face-to-face dealings.
* Excellent personal presentation.
* Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
