Responsibilities
* Prepare, paint and finish mining equipment components and machinery
* Apply coatings to company and customer specifications
* Lead projects from planning through to successful completion
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
* Assists in supervising other technicians and prioritizes and/or assigns work
* Deliver pipeline engineering services that meet Worley, its customers and
* Lead opportunity identification, pricing, and tender submissions
* Prepare competitive bids and negotiate contracts
* Welding inspection of new and in-service welds
* Provide technical guidance and consultation for welding operations
* Conduct in-service inspections of pipework, pumps, tanks, pressure equipment, and
* Prepare inspection work scopes, including identification and coordination of required
* Lead and contribute to cost and dashboard review meetings with
* Manage project cost tracking, forecasting, reporting, and cost control activities
* Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Performing bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Supervise day-to-day site activities relating to the MEP installation package.
* Oversee installation of ground source heat pump systems and associated
* Develop and update inspection data management systems, including asset health
* Developing pressure equipment inspection scopes based on RBI assessments and
* Installation, maintenance and testing of commercial power and lighting systems
* Fit-off, switchboards, cable tray, data and lighting controls
* Coordinate the movement of bulk and general freight across site
* Monitor freight demand and usage to support operational planning and
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous Field Service HME experience working on surface mining equipment
* Product knowledge and experience working on some of the following
* Comply to and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed
* Perform planned, unplanned and or breakdown maintenance both on all
* Experience in design or operations of high pressure pipelines
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project
