About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised
Administration Support Officer
to join the team on a
casual contingent basis
. This role offers an
ASAP start until 14th November 2025,
with the possibility of extension. Based primarily at the Glendenning site, with occasional travel to Marsden Park, this is a 100% on-site role where you'll provide essential administrative and stakeholder support to ensure smooth daily operations.
In this role you'll:
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, send calendar invites, and confirm attendance.
* Organise & prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
* Track and follow up on action items to keep projects moving.
* Provide general reception duties and administrative support.
* Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
* Assist with administration tasks related to the relocation of the State Logistics Centre.
About You
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Previous administration or coordination experience in a busy, team-focused environment.
* Comfortable working on-site and supporting across two locations when required.
Hours & Pay
* $39.00 per hour
* 35-hour week (7-hour day)
* Start time: 8:30am or 9:00am
* 1-hour lunch break
* 90% based at Glendenning, 10% travel to Marsden Park
This is a casual contingent position with an ASAP Start until 14th November 2025, with possibility of extension.
