Summary:
As a 2D Producer/Line Producer at Hooligan Animation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production of high-quality animated content. This position is essential for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the creative vision of the studio. You will collaborate closely with directors, artists, and other production staff to facilitate a smooth workflow and enhance the overall production process.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of 2D animation projects from pre-production through to final delivery.
* Coordinate with directors and creative teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
* Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive production process.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during production.
* Assist in the recruitment and management of production staff and freelancers.
* Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a producer or line producer in the 2D animation industry.
* Strong understanding of the animation production process and techniques.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in production management software and tools.
* A passion for animation and storytelling.
* This role is fully studio-based and requires onsite attendance at our studio in Brisbane, QLD.
