We're looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support our busy workshop and fleet operations in Moranbah.
This is a key role sitting at the centre of maintenance, finance, procurement, and compliance, keeping systems accurate, jobs tracked, costs reconciled and operations running smoothly.

The Role
* Coordinate maintenance administration across fleet and workshop operations
* Manage job costing, records, and financial reconciliation
* Support procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Improve systems, processes, and data accuracy
* Support day-to-day operational efficiency across teams
Key Responsibilities
* Strong administration experience in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience with maintenance systems (WSM/DMS) and/or Xero (advantageous)
* High attention to detail with strong financial awareness
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication skills across workshop and office teams
* Proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with a focus on accuracy and improvement
