The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and warehousing support in our Launceston store, as well as receive and accurately record all goods inwards and prepare goods for dispatch to customers. The ideal candidate will also spend time working directly with customers, delivering high levels of customer service and meeting their needs and expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Accurate stock control and management of goods inwards and outwards
* Preparation and dispatch of customer orders
* Review and control of stock levels, reordering product as required
* Providing exceptional customer service to meet customer needs and expectations
* Communication with other team members about inventory matters
* Coordination of warehouse processes to ensure accurate and efficient receipt and dispatch of products
We are looking for someone with proven experience in warehousing and customer service, who understands the importance of safety in the workplace and is committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment.

* Demonstrated experience in warehousing including receipt and dispatch of products, customer service and safety procedures
* Proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
