Key Account Manager (m/f/d)Responsibilities
* Provide international customer service in cooperation with local sales organisations and maintain the associated data.
* Define and implement strategies to strengthen business relationships with our customers.
* Drive profitable and sustainable revenue growth in the assigned area of responsibility.
* Acquire and advise customers on technical solutions and the feasibility of new projects in coordination with the technical department.
* Prepare tenders in close cooperation with internal technology, sales and project management teams.
* Represent the company and sustainably develop relationships with customers.
* Present and actively distribute Spheros products.
Qualifications
* Preferable a completed degree (Bachelor, Master or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
* Several years of experience in key account management in the automotive industry is an advantage.
* Proven success in sales of technical products that require detailed explanation.
* Hands‐on experience in the areas mentioned above.
* Strong communication and team skills.
* Strong bargaining power, a binding but friendly demeanor, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel.
* Very good written and spoken English skills.
