Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate outbound calls to offer detailed information on parts, maintenance, and repair services.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Provide comprehensive information on pricing and service options.
* Collaborate with the service team to schedule appointments and optimize resource allocation.
* Maintain accurate customer interactions and records in our CRM system.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* 5+ years of previous sales experience in heavy equipment.
* Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment parts and services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and reports with customers.
