Public Works Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated technician to perform various public works tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, including road maintenance, sign replacement, and vegetation management.
* Perform routine inspections of roads and infrastructure to identify areas that require maintenance or repair.
* Repair potholes and other defects in road surfaces.
* Replace signs and guideposts as needed.
* Manage vegetation growth on roadsides to prevent accidents and ensure visibility.
Additional responsibilities include removing graffiti from public areas and assisting with traffic management during emergencies or special events.
* Remove graffiti from buildings, signs, and other structures.
* Assist with traffic control measures to maintain safe flow and minimize disruptions.
Key Qualifications
* Knowledge of road construction and maintenance techniques.
* Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* White card certification.
* HR/HC License.
* Skid Steer License.
