Business Analysis Opportunity in Telecom Domain
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and providing knowledge, experience, and thought leadership in the Telecom domain.
Your primary role will involve creating, consulting, and reviewing functional requirements, architectural decisions, and architecture solutions to meet project requirements.
You will conduct discovery workshops and prepare high-level functional documentation to ensure effective solution development.
In addition, you will evaluate and review design frameworks and methodologies and approve designs to achieve functional requirements and conformance to architecture.
You will also be responsible for backlog grooming, planning, prioritization, and product roadmap management.
Furthermore, you will design and implement business analysis strategies, policies, and proposals.
You will model, appraise, and present business/systems options for business improvement against identified technical or business problem scenarios.
Moreover, you will develop and manage stakeholder relations and communications.
You will translate business objectives into associated requirements.
Last but not least, you will ensure that high standards of customer service are provided and maintained at the highest level possible.
Essential Experience
* A good understanding of OSS/BSS in telecom domain, Fulfillment, Orchestration, O2A, order management experience is essential.
* Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, creating EPIC, user stories in JIRA is highly desirable.
* Expertise in business and system analysis is required, along with a good understanding of telecom domain IT landscape, concepts, and exposure across various stages of software development life cycle with Agile methodology.
* A good understanding of JIRA, Agile principles, and practices is necessary.
