The Role
You will play a pivotal role supporting a team of high‐performing agents, managing the full lifecycle of listings from appraisal through to settlement. This is more than just admin, it's a hands‐on, high‐responsibility position where your attention to detail and organisation directly impact the client experience and team success.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing listing documentation, including Form 6s, disclosures, and compliance
* Managing marketing campaigns from pre‐market through to launch
* Coordinating photography, videography, copywriting, floorplans, and signboards
* Uploading and maintaining listings across REA, Domain, and internal systems
* Acting as a key point of contact for sellers throughout campaigns
* Preparing offer documentation and assisting with contracts
* Liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers through to settlement
* Tracking key dates and ensuring seamless transaction management
* Supporting 3–4 agents with day‐to‐day sales administration
About You
* 2–3+ years experience in residential real estate sales administration
* Strong knowledge of QLD contracts and compliance processes
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of your workload
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
