The ideal candidate will have strong trust accounting knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships with owners.
About the Role
1. Manage the full holiday letting pool
2. Oversee trust accounting and compliance requirements
3. Coordinate bookings and guest communication
4. Supervise onsite staff and ensure high presentation standards
5. Work closely with contractors and service providers
6. Prepare owner statements and reporting
Key Requirements
* Experience in holiday accommodation or property management
* Strong trust accounting knowledge
* Confident communication and people-management skills
* Calm and solutions-focused approach
* Solid organizational skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Familiarity with property management software
