We currently have a part-time position available for a Storage Consultant to join our team based in Beresfield and Raymond Terrace. Storage Consultants are key to supporting the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service. Our Storage Consultants are involved with several aspects of our operation, including customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for professional growth across each of these areas. Working Hours Monday to Friday - 9am to 3pm 27.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day store operations, customer sales and service, administrative support and facility maintenance.
* Collaborate with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.
* Engage in ongoing learning and development across sales, service and operations.
What You Will Need
* Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role; training is provided.
* Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction.
* Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks.
* Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic.
* Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks.
* Goal oriented and results driven.
* Written and verbal communication skills.
* Physically fit; drivers license and reliable vehicle.
