Demonstrated ability to strengthen health outcomes through the delivery of safe, high-quality, and clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients, families, and other health professionals.
Commitment to practising in accordance with the NMBA codes and guidelines for Registered Nurses and Midwives.
Dedication to maintaining and promoting a safe and supportive work environment.
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team environment.

Essential Criteria
* AHPRA Registration with no restrictions
* Minimum of two years' nursing experience
* Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
* Strong clinical assessment skills to accurately monitor patient conditions and identify signs of deterioration in an acute care setting
