This is an exciting opportunity to work as a project coordinator, supporting the delivery of construction projects across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing and reporting on budgets and costs to ensure optimal project outcomes
* Forecasting and planning in accordance with the Program of Works
* Ensuring all materials are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
* Monitoring construction execution and reporting delays or issues to the construction team
* Developing and managing weekly and monthly progress reports
* Providing specialist support to internal stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Demonstrated knowledge of cost, commercial management, and finance principles
* Proven planning and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft's suite of products, particularly Excel and SAP
