Job Opportunity for Multimedia Producer
The Australian Federal Police is seeking a well-organised and client-focused Digital Producer to join its Production team. This dynamic and supportive team produces high-quality multimedia products, including video, motion graphics, and photography, for various operational and corporate needs.
The successful applicant will contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, AFP Code of Conduct, and Governance Instruments. They will be required to deliver on core responsibilities and meet any requirements of the position outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Production team's inbox and calendar, liaising with internal clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
* Oversee bookings and technical support for conference facilities, including A/V setup, live streaming, and recording of presentations.
* Maintain the media library, cataloguing, sourcing, and managing video and photo assets.
* Respond quickly to time-sensitive operational requests and prepare content for media and internal distribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
* Hold a Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or be able to obtain one.
* Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and/or other video editing software.
* Be proficient in organising and delivering Microsoft Teams live events.
* Hold qualifications in production/photography or a related field.
* Have experience working in a creative studio.
* Have experience working with Digital Asset Management software.
