Join our Team as a HubSpot / Marketing CRM Specialist

Are you a highly technical HubSpot expert with a strong operational mindset and proven project management discipline? Orion180 is seeking a HubSpot / Marketing CRM Specialist to take ownership of our CRM ecosystem and drive scalable, data‐driven marketing and revenue operations.

You will serve as the primary HubSpot administrator and system owner, responsible for building, optimizing, and managing our CRM infrastructure to support marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle initiatives. You will also lead cross‐functional CRM projects, ensuring execution is structured, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

What you will do Own and Administer HubSpot CRM

* Build and optimize workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and automation logic
* Maintain CRM hygiene, data integrity, and scalable architecture across all objects and properties
Lead CRM Strategy & Optimization
* Design and continuously improve lead management processes, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
* Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features, integrations, and enhancements
Manage Integrations & Data Infrastructure
* Oversee integrations between HubSpot and internal/external systems (data warehouse, analytics tools, third‐party platforms)
* Ensure accurate data flow, synchronization, and enrichment across the tech stack
* Troubleshoot system issues and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Drive Reporting & Performance Visibility
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports for funnel performance, campaign attribution, and revenue insights
* Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve conversion rates and ROI
Lead CRM Projects End-to-End
* Own project planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and execution for CRM‐related initiatives
* Implement structured project management methodologies to ensure on‐time, high‐quality delivery
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
What we're looking for Education

Professional Experience
* 3+ years of hands‐on HubSpot administration experience in a high‐growth or tech‐enabled environment
* Proven track record of owning and scaling a CRM system, not just using it as an end‐user
HubSpot & CRM Expertise (Critical Requirement)
* HubSpot certifications required
* Deep expertise in workflows, automation, reporting, custom objects, and integrations
* Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and lifecycle management
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus, but HubSpot mastery is essential
Technical & Analytical Skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
* Familiarity with APIs, data integration tools, and basic SQL is a plus
* Strong understanding of attribution models, segmentation, and marketing analytics is a plus
* Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns (email, paid media, lifecycle marketing) and how CRM data supports campaign execution and optimization
Project Management
* Experience with formal project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
* PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus
* Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or Wrike
What's in it for you
* Dynamic Environment: On‐site role with a fast‐paced and collaborative team culture. Results‐driven office where your contributions make a real impact.
* Compensation: Competitive base pay and performance bonuses.
* Career Growth: Mentorship, growth tracks, and professional development.
* Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, PTO and more!
